Ubuntu 11.04 – net sharing (wifi to wifi)

I guess this is the forum to get some aid on my issue-

I need to know as to how to share internet from my system (pc) to smartphone

What I have is ubuntu 11.04 and its been a while I have been trying to get some help from the google but no success.

My requirement is this :

router --> wlan1/pc/wlan2 ---> iphone

system/device info:

router:Belkin N+
wlan1:rtl8188s(r8712u)
wlan2:ralink 2573 usb rt73 usb
pc:Toshiba qosmio g50 11s
iphone:3gs
