Send cck node contents + file attachment via email automatically

Hello.
I am trying to build a job board using cck. I have create a new "job post" content type using cck, that links to a "job application" node (content type also created using cck). The job application node contains a title field (which is populated with the job position name), a body field with a cover letter, and a filefield that users can use to attach a pdf file with their CV.

Question: I would like to create a functionality that automatically sends the contents of the "job application" node (including the pdf attachment) to the email address identified in the "job post" node . Is there any module available that can help me achieve this?
