How to add a set of fields(components) in drupal webform rather than one component at a time?

I have 3 templates which have different sets of fields (components) for my registration pages. Every time I create a registration page, the form will have the same fields depending upon the template chosen (see example below).

Instead of adding fields one at a time, is there any way I could add the whole set of question to my forms by just selecting the template from a drop down?

For example (this is a simplified example with fewer fields, actual forms have more fields):
Template 1 has fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone No.
Template 2 has fields: First Name, Last Name, Email
Template 3 has fields: First Name, Last Name, Address
