I've several years of Web Development experience however This is something I can't create myself since
1) it reaquires technical knowledge of particular componants
2) I don't have that kind of time with my full time job being super demanding.

With that being said, I want to design social networking site.

It would be nice to estimate on something like this.
I want to use as many free services as there are available without losing too much control of data and such,

Here are some high level requirements:
Users are able to create profile
Users should be able to Upload photos (multiple profile photos)
Users should be able to share messages with each other (private messages)
share music library (optional)
Messaging/IM capability (optional)
Blog

Eventually I want to include SEO tags, keywords, people to be able to search site and pick it up in google etc
most of money will be made from advertisement.

if i decide to go with something like NING then I can't have access over the DB and client info and such right? plus i have to pay them $20 /month if i want to take away the ads and use my own ads.
any thoughts here?

I don't have deep pockets to spend tons of $ on project like this. I'm willing to partner up with someone if they are interested or just pay them cash as long as your bid is reasonable.
